your self-care oasis.

saddie baddies® was created in 2019 by Priscilla O. Agyeman, MPH (she/her)- a creative entrepreneur, thought leader and mental health activist.

Agyeman noticed there was a gap in digital discourse designed primarily for young Black, Latinx, Asian, Indigenous and multiracial people that educated and unpacked the layers of mental health — and she knew that needed to change.

through carefully curated visual content and evidence-based topics, saddie baddies® is challenging a shift in mental health discourse worldwide.

by providing dissemination in bite-sized doses, saddie baddies® has expanded a collective understanding of mental health information through engaging discussion, creative conversations and accessibility. saddie baddies® exists on all major social media platforms as well as the 5-star rated podcast, The Soft Life which has been highlighted in Apple Podcasts 2023 Women’s History Month collection.

saddie baddies® provides digital products such as the podcast, their self-care guide, "My Journey to Self-Love: the Ultimate Guide Self-Care Guide by Saddie Baddies®" and curated services such as guest speaking, workshops, in-person and virtual events, and brand partnerships/content creation.

saddie baddies® has partnered with brands such as Google, Nike, Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez, Pinterest, Pantene, ENVSN Festival, Zando Projects by John Legend, and more.
